Steps that you’ll need to follow

Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
2Step
From the corner of the sachet, peel open and remove the strip.
3Step
Moisten the teeth and gums with the tongue and then apply the strip to the upper teeth.
4 Step
Align the top edge of the strip with the gum line. Press the strip to the teeth and it will adhere to them. Fold excess film behind the teeth.
5 Step
Allow your top lip to rest over the strip.
6 Step
Repeat the process for the lower teeth.
7 Step
Keep strips on for 30 minutes.
8 Step
Use twice daily for 14 days.
9 Step
Store in a cool place, preferably refrigerate.
